The following services are available:

• Utility Billing

Starting March 23rd a 2.5% processing fee will be added to all credit card payments.  This includes all forms of credit card payments to include online, IVR, text to pay(coming soon), etc.  The City has many options to pay without processing fees such as cash, check, your bank bill pay and ACH.  To sign up for ACH the form is available on our website at: https://cms2.revize.com/revize/dellrapidssd/ACH%20final.pdf  If you have any questions please reach out to City Hall at 605-340-1670.
